These Terms govern your use of ServiceBid and ServiceBid - Servicer applications operated by Talon Properties and Investments, LLC.
Service Description
ServiceBid is a marketplace that enables users to request transportation and cleaning services, and other services that may be subsequently added, by setting a minimum price floor and allows independent service providers to submit bids. BidService does not provide transportation services and is not a common carrier. BidService only provides a platform for users to find, request or recieve third party service from third party service providers.
Accounts
You must create an account to use the Apps. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
Riders
Riders set a minimum price and choose among driver bids
Payments are processed through third-party providers
Drivers
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees
Drivers determine their own bids and availability
Drivers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws
Payments
ServiceBid facilitates payments between users, drivers, and other service providers and may deduct platform fees.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
Misuse the platform
Engage in fraudulent or unsafe behavior
Circumvent fees or bidding mechanisms
Account Termination
Users may delete their accounts at any time within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidService is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
